Preset License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to all digital products offered by Sound Factory, including Serum presets, sample files, MIDI files, project files, and any other downloadable content (“Products”). By purchasing or downloading our Products, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant (What You Are Allowed To Do)

Sound Factory grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Products for your own music productions, including:

Commercial music releases

Streaming, radio, and live performances

YouTube videos, social media content, and commercial projects

Beat sales, as long as the presets or samples themselves are not included

You may use our presets and sounds royalty-free in any musical composition you create.

 

2. Restrictions (What You Are Not Allowed To Do)

You are not permitted to:

Resell, share, distribute, or upload the Products in any form

Redistribute the presets or samples as part of another preset pack, sample pack, or sound library

Reverse-engineer, remake, or recreate the presets for resale

Use the Products to create competing sound packs or similar commercial products

Transfer, sublicense, or assign this license to another person or entity

The Products are licensed only for your personal or commercial music production, not for resale.

 

3. Ownership and Copyright

All Products remain the intellectual property of Sound Factory (Rafael Beelitz).
You obtain a license to use the content; you do not own the original files.

 

4. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final and non-refundable, as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
Once a download is accessed, your right of withdrawal is waived.

 

5. Transfer of License

You may not sublicense, transfer, sell, or otherwise assign this license to any third party.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sound Factory is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or system issues resulting from the use of these Products.
All Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

7. Updates

Sound Factory may release updates or revisions to Products at its discretion.
Such updates may or may not be included with your original purchase.

 

8. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Sound Factory Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this License Agreement.
