Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, this right does not apply to digital products (such as presets, samples, sound packs, or other downloadable content) once the download has begun, provided you have expressly agreed to this at checkout.

By purchasing digital goods from our Store, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You immediately gain access to the digital content after completing the purchase.

You expressly agree that the withdrawal period ends as soon as the download or access begins.

You lose your legal right of withdrawal once the delivery of digital content begins.

This follows Art. 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Digital Products (Presets, Samples, Downloads)

Digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

Technical issues that prevent file access (and cannot be resolved by support)

Duplicate orders placed accidentally

Physical Goods (If Applicable)

If we ever offer physical items in the future, the standard 14-day withdrawal right will apply.
Currently, our store exclusively sells digital products, which are exempt from withdrawal after download.
